Boudewijn Chamuleau

From banking to Contact Center Business might seem like a big step, but in practice the two sectors have much in common. Boudewijn worked at ABN AMRO Bank for ten years, where his responsibilities included developing and implementing new interbank products (including iDEAL and Overstapservice) in the different channels. In 2006, he brought his financial and organisational knowledge to Vocalcom and started work as a Business Development Manager. In 2008, he founded Contact Center Live together with Rob Wegdam.
