With over fifteen years of experience within the contact centre industry, Bruce is a true expert in the field. Most of that time was spent at the Experience Group, where he was involved in automating the reporting processes and managing SQL databases as a senior employee in the BI department. Now he is responsible for implementations, training, migrations and customisation assignments as a Technical Consultant at Contact Center Live. He brings solid knowledge and a lot of enthusiasm.
