We did different projects with CCL successfully. Wide product knowledge, creative and solution oriented. Good thing is that there is one contact persons (in our case it was/is Bruce) who has great knowledge of Zendesk to advise how to translate a process into the system. Communication is direct and efficient, a bit Dutch :-) . Great commitment to deliver within the agreed deadline and always available to answer our questions and to give us advise, also about outside of the project scope.
