Customer satisfaction is paramount for Tom. As a Support employee, he immerses himself in every question received by Support and, along with his colleague, he tackles each one with great enthusiasm. Whether the questions relate to incoming tickets about malfunctions in the application or print-outs of reports, he likes getting to the bottom of the issues. He always aims to solve the problem to the customer’s full satisfaction and within an acceptable time frame.
