Rob Wegdam

 

With over fifteen years of experience in ICT/telecommunications, Rob is a walking encyclopaedia when it comes to contact centre solutions. After studying Commercial Economics, Rob began his career at Avaya. There he switched from traditional PBX sales to Application sales. From 2002-2010, he worked for Vocalcom Netherlands, putting them on the map with Hermes.Net (a fully web-based contact centre solution) as their main product. In 2008, he decided to set up Contact Center Live, together with Boudewijn Chamuleau.
